Goldstar's Rotary Cap Closure Printer Varnisher is an advanced printing solution with additional capability to apply a lacquer/varnish inline. The printer can e configured to handle Plastic or ROPP (Metal) Caps.
This multi-color dry offset sidewall printing machine for caps and closures includes features like Auto Loading, Flame treatment with auto ignition, 360° printing with precise registration, Instantaneous UV drying, Auto ejection with exit conveyor, low ink consumption, less floor space, and is suitable for both Plastic and Metal closures.
The machine is equipped with an AC motor with variable AC frequency inverter for variable speed, acceleration, and deceleration control, Anti-Backlash plate cylinder gear, and Micrometer lateral and radial plate cylinder adjustment. Positive timing throughout the machine ensures that each closure is printed accurately.
